Introduction

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all SkyInfotech Limited users who register on the platform through the Internet address www.bet4plus.com, regardless of their access device (computer, tablet or smartphone).

Please read these terms very carefully, as they form a binding legal agreement between you – our customer (the “Customer”) – and us. By opening an account (the “Account”) and using the Service offered by Bet4Plus, you agree to be bound by these terms, together with any changes that may be posted periodically.

The Service is provided by SkyInfotech Limited.

Bet4plus is operated by Sky Infotech NV, a limited liability company, established under the laws of Curaçao, under registration number 152377, headquartered in Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Curaçao PO Box 3421. It is licensed and regulated by the authority of Curaçao as a regulatory body, responsible for and holding a sub-license with license number 365 / JAZ Sub License GLH- OCCHKTW0707072017 granted on 6.07.2017).

Bet4Plus will communicate with customers via the customer’s email – the same email address informed when opening your Bet4Plus account.

General Terms

We reserve the right to change the terms (including any document referenced and linked below) at any time. The terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice.

Your continued use of the service indicates that you agree to these changes. Any bets not settled before the amended terms take effect will be subject to pre-demanding terms.

1 . Customer obligations

During the entire period of use of the Service, the customer declares:

You are over 18 years of age (or who is of age, as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to the client) and can enter into a mandatory legal contract with us;

We are not accepting players from the following countries:

  • United States of America and its territories;
  • China;
  • Portugal;
  • Italy;
  • Malta;
  • Australia;
  • French Republic and its territories;
  • UK;
  • Netherlands (including Curaçau, other countries and territories that are part of the Netherlands);
  • Spain;
  • Germany;
  • Singapore;
  • Democratic People’s Republic of Korea;
  • Denmark;
  • Philippines;
  • Syria;
  • Peru;
  • Poland;
  • Ireland;
  • Slovenia;
  • Czech Republic;

And any other country that may prohibit offering online gambling to its residents or anyone within those countries.

When sending money to Bet4Plus, the customer is authorized to do so (for example, being the authorized user of the debit/credit card or other payment method used);

When using the Services and / or placing bets on Bet4Plus, the customer will not be placed in any real, potential or apparent conflict of interest situation;

The customer also assumes that he never failed to pay or attempted to fail to pay liability on a bet;

Likewise, he declares that he is acting exclusively in his own name, as an individual on a personal basis and not on behalf of another party or for commercial purposes;

When placing bets, the customer assumes all risks and may lose part or all money deposited at Bet4Plus, in accordance with these terms and will be fully responsible for this loss;

The customer also declares to use the service only for legitimate betting purposes and must not attempt to manipulate any market or service element in bad faith or in a manner that adversely affects the integrity of the Service or ours;

When placing bets, the customer must not use any information obtained in violation of any legislation applied in the country he was in when the bet was placed;

The customer must make all payments to Bet4Plus in good faith and not attempt to reverse a payment made or take any action that would cause that payment to be reversed by a third party to avoid a legitimately incurred liability;

The customer must act in good faith in relation to Bet4Plus services at all times and for all bets placed through the platform.

2. Register

You agree that during the entire use of the service:

In order to protect the integrity of the service and for other operational reasons, we reserve the right to refuse any candidate’s application for registration, at our discretion and without obligation to communicate a specific reason;

Before using the service, you must personally complete the registration form, read and accept these terms. To start betting on the platform, we will ask you to become a Verified Customer, which includes going through certain checks. You may be asked to provide valid proof of identification and any other documents deemed necessary;

This includes, but is not limited to, photo identification (copy of passport, driver’s license or national identity card) and a recent service bill listing your name and address as proof of residence to a minimum. We reserve the right to suspend bets or restrict account options on any account until necessary information is received. This procedure is a statutory requirement and is carried out in accordance with the applicable gambling regulations and legal requirements against money laundering. In addition, you will need to deposit to your Bet4Plus account using the payment methods set out in the payment section on our website;

You must provide complete and accurate information about yourself, including a valid name, surname, address and email address, and update this information in the future to keep it complete and accurate. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details in your account up to date. A failure to do so may result in you not receiving our notifications and important account-related information, including changes we make to these terms. We identify and communicate with our customers through their registered email address. It is customer’s responsibility to maintain an active and exclusive email account, provide the correct email address and inform Bet4Plus of any changes to their email address. Each customer is fully responsible for maintaining the security of being a Registered Email Address by a third party. Bet4Plus is not responsible for any damage or loss considered or alleged as a result of communications between Bet4Plus and the Customer using the Registered E-mail Address. Any customer who does not have an email address accessible by Bet4Plus will have their account suspended until this address is provided to us. We will immediately suspend your account by giving you written notice to this effect if you intentionally provide false or inaccurate personal information. We may also take legal action against you for doing so in certain circumstances and / or contacting the relevant authorities who may also take action against you;

You can only register an account with the service. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you have multiple accounts registered with us;

This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons and / or third parties who operate on your behalf;

To guarantee your financial dignity and confirm your identity, we may use any third party information providers that we deem necessary;

You must keep your service password confidential. As long as the requested account information has been provided correctly, we have the right to assume that bets, deposits and withdrawals were made by you. We advise you to change your password regularly and never disclose it to third parties. Passwords must contain at least one letter, a number and a special character and must be at least eight characters. It is your responsibility to protect your password and any failure to do so will be at your own risk. You must exit the Service at the end of each session. If you believe that any of your account information is being misused by a third party, your account has been hacked or your password has been discovered by a third party, please notify us immediately by email using your registered email address for suporte@bet4plus.com;

You must notify us if your registered email address has been hacked. However, we may require additional information / documentation in order for us to verify your identity. We will suspend your account immediately as soon as we become aware of such an incident. In the meantime, you are responsible for all activities on your account, including third party access, regardless of whether or not access was authorized by you;

You must not, at any time, transmit any content or other information on the service to another Customer, any other party through a screenshot (or other similar method) or display that information or content on a board or in any other way this is different from what it would look like if that customer or third party had typed the service URL in the browser line;

When registering, you will need to choose the currency in which your account will operate. This will be the currency of your deposits, withdrawals and bets made and matched to the service, as set out in these terms. Some payment methods are not processed in all currencies. In such cases, a processing currency will be displayed along with a conversion calculator available on the page;

We are under no obligation to open an account for you and our registration page on the website is just an invitation to deal. It is entirely at our sole discretion whether or not to open an account for the customer and, if we refuse to open an account, we are under no obligation to provide the reason for the refusal;

Upon receipt of your application, we may contact you to request more information and / or documentation from the customer in order to comply with our regulatory and legal obligations.

3. Restricted Use

3.1. YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SERVICE:

If you are under 18 years of age (or if you are under the age of majority, as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you) or if you are not legally able to enter into a legally binding agreement with us;

To collect nicknames, e-mail addresses and / or other information from other customers by any means (for example, sending spam, other types of unsolicited e-mails or unauthorized framing or linking to the service);

To interrupt, affect or improperly influence the activities of other customers or the operation of the service in general;

To promote unsolicited commercial advertisements, affiliate links and other forms of solicitation that may be removed from the Service without notice;

In any way that, in our reasonable opinion, could be considered an attempt to:

  • Deceive the service or another customer who is using the service;
  • Conspire with any other customer who uses the service to gain a dishonest advantage;
  • To reduce our chances or violate any of our intellectual property rights;
  • For any illegal activity.

3.2. YOU MAY NOT SELL OR TRANSFER YOUR ACCOUNT TO THIRD PARTIES, OR ACQUIRE A THIRD PARTY PLAYER ACCOUNT.

3.3. YOU MAY NOT, IN ANY WAY, TRANSFER FUNDS BETWEEN USERS.

4. Privacy

Any information provided to us by you will be protected and processed in strict accordance with these terms in our Privacy Policy;

We will not reveal the identity of any person who places bets using our services, unless the information is legally required by competent authorities, such as Regulators, the Police (for example, to investigate fraud, money laundering or sports integrity issues) or by Financial Entities, such as banks or payment providers as permitted from time to time, in accordance with the Privacy Policy;

After registration, your information will be stored in our database. This means that your personal information may be stored / transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of protection and security as applied in the EU or the EEA. By agreeing to these terms, you consent the transfer of your personal information for the purpose of providing the Service that is the subject of this agreement and as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your Account

We accept accounts in the following currencies: Euros (EUR / €), Dollars (USD / US $) and Reais (BRL / R $).

All account balances and transactions appear in the currency selected when the account was originally opened.

We do not give credit for the use of our service;

We may close or suspend an account and refund any money held if you are not complying, or, we reasonably believe that you are not complying with these terms, or to ensure the integrity or fairness of the service, or if we have other reasonable motives to do so. We may not always be able to notify you in advance.

We reserve the right to suspend an account without notice and return all funds. However, contractual obligations already past will be honored.

We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any bet at any time, for any reason, including any bet that is made fraudulently, in order to circumvent our betting limits and / or our system regulations;

If we terminate or suspend your account because you do not comply with these terms, we may cancel and / or void any of your bets;

If any amount is erroneously credited to your account, it will remain our property and, when we become aware of such an error, we will notify you and the amount will be withdrawn from your account;

If, for any reason, your account is redeemed, you will be indebted to us for the amount to be withdrawn;

You must inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors regarding your account;

Customers have the right to exclude themselves from Bet4Plus. These requests must be received at the customer’s registered email address and sent to suporte@bet4plus.com;

Customers can set limits on the amount they can bet and lose. This request must be sent from the customer’s registered email to suporte@bet4plus.com . The implementation and increase of limits must be processed diligently; however, any request for removal or reduction of limitations must be made after a seven-day cooling off period following your request;

6. Deposits

You can deposit funds into your account using any of the methods set out on our website.

Account credits are not allowed. You can only bet or participate in gambling activities if you deposit funds into your account.

All funds deposited must be from legitimate sources, without fraudulent activity, such as, for example, money laundering or terrorist financing.

The user acknowledges that the funds deposited at Bet4Plus will come from accounts in which the user is the holder.

Bet4Plus reserves the right to return any deposit of funds, for exceptional reasons, such as, but not limited to, suspicion of fraudulent activity, and a 30% fee may be applied on the deposit amount, relating to administrative and processing costs.

Bet4Plus further reserves the right to withhold and / or remove all winnings that it considers to have come from funds or illegal activities.

All deposits must be made in the same currency as your account and all deposits made in any other currency will be converted using the daily exchange rate obtained at https://openexchangerates.org/ or the exchange rate prevails at our own bank, after which it will be deposited accordingly in your account;

The total deposited amount must be wagered at least once, with exception to additional wagering requirements related to campaigns and / or bonuses.

Bet4Plus reserves the right to request clarification whenever the total amount deposited is not wagered at least once, and a withdrawal fee of up to 15% of the withdrawal amount may be applied.

Any deposit made to an account that is not rolled (risky) three times will have a 15% processing fee and any applicable withdrawal fee.

You are responsible for your own bank charges that you may incur due to depositing funds with us. Exceptions to this rule are described on our “Payment” page;

Bet4Plus is not a financial institution and uses third party electronic payment processors to process deposits on credit and debit cards; they are not processed directly by us. If you deposit funds with a credit or debit card, your account will only be credited if we receive an approval and authorization code from the payment issuing institution. If your card issuer does not give this authorization, your account will not be credited with these funds;

Your funds are deposited and kept in the respective customer’s account based on the currency of your account;

We are not a financial institution and you will not be entitled to interest on outstanding account balances and interest acumulated on customers’ accounts will be paid to us;

The deposited funds cannot be transferred to another user.

Bet4Plus reserves the right to change the minimum and maximum deposit amounts, without prior notice.

All earnings, profits or amounts deposited in your user account may be retained or removed if a deposit is reversed or impossible to collect for any reason. In situations where the balance is negative due to these deductions, the user acknowledges that he is responsible for the debt.

Inactive accounts with balances over € 5 will be subject to administrative fees of € 5 per month of inactivity.

Inactive accounts are considered, accounts that are not self-excluded or canceled and that have not been active for at least 12 months.

7. Withdrawals

You can withdraw any or all the balance from your account within the maximum transaction limits, as shown on the website here: https://bet4plus.com/contents/support-payments. Please note that fees may apply as described;

All withdrawals must be made in the currency of your account, unless otherwise stipulated by us;

You will not be able to request withdrawals in excess of the balance in your account;

Bonus balance is not available for withdrawal, unless the bonus conversion requirements have been met.

You can request withdrawals after checking the ownership of the user’s account, as well as the account for receiving the withdrawal / payment.

We reserve the right to request any documentation for the purpose of validating identity and account ownership, such as, but not limited to, photo ID and date of birth, proof of address account ownership, before grant withdrawals to your account. This documentation may be requested at any time during the life of your relationship with us;

If the documents or information requested from the user to validate account ownership or for additional clarifications are not provided within 72 hours of the withdrawal request, their withdrawal may be canceled.

All withdrawals must be made using the payment method used to make the deposit to your Bet4Plus account. If the method used for deposit does not allow withdrawals, then they will be made by bank transfer indicated and issued by the user.

We can, and always at our discretion, allow you to withdraw to a payment method from which your original deposit did not originate. This will always be subject to additional security checks;

If you wish to withdraw funds, but your account is inaccessible, inactive, blocked or closed, contact the customer support department via chat or email suporte@bet4plus.com.

8. Transactions and Payment Processors

You are fully responsible for paying all amounts due to us.

You must make all payments to us in good faith and do not attempt to reverse a payment made or take any action that would cause that payment to be reversed by a third party to avoid a legitimately incurred liability.

You will reimburse us for any charges, denial or reversal of payment you make and for any loss suffered by us as a result. We reserve the right to also impose an administration fee of 60 € or the equivalent in currency for reversal, denial or reversal of the payment made;

We reserve the right to use third party electronic payment processors and / or commercial banks to process payments made by you, and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions, as long as they are communicated to you and those terms do not conflict with those terms;

All transactions carried out on our website can be verified to prevent money laundering or terrorist financing activities. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authority, depending on the jurisdiction governing the transaction;

Withdrawals may take up to 5 (five) business days to be processed, counting from the date of the order, for the purpose of verifying ownership, excluding bank processing time.

9. Errors

In case of an error or malfunction of our system or processes, all bets will be void. You have an obligation to inform us immediately as soon as you become aware of any errors in the service. In case of communication or system errors or bugs or viruses related with the service and / or payments made to you as a result of a defect or effort in the service, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any costs, expenses, losses or direct or indirect claims arising out of or resulting from such errors, and we reserve the right to void all games / bets in question and take any other action to correct those errors;

In case of a malfunction of the casino system or disconnection problems, all bets will be void. In case of such an error or any system failure or error in the game resulting in an error in the calculation of probabilities, charges, fees, bonus or payment rake, or any currency conversion as applicable, or other malfunction of the casino system ( the “Casino Error”), we reserve the right to declare void and void any bets or bets that have been the subject of such a casino error and to withdraw money from your account regarding relevant bets or bets;

We will make every effort to ensure that we do not make mistakes on the posting lines. We have the right to recover from you any overpaid amounts and to adjust your account to correct any errors. 10. General Rules

If a sport-specific rule contradicts a general rule, the general rule will not apply;

The winner of an event will be determined on the event’s settlement date; we do not recognize protested or voided decisions for betting purposes. The result of a suspended event after the start of the competition will be decided according to the betting rules specified for that sport by us;

All published results will be final after 72 hours and no consultation will take place after that time. Within 72 hours after the results are published, the company will only redefine / correct the results due to human error, system error or errors made by the source of the related results;

The minimum and maximum bet amounts for all sporting events will be determined by us and are subject to change without prior written notice. We also reserve the right to adjust individual account limits;

Customers are solely responsible for their own account transactions. Make sure to review your bets for errors before submitting them. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be changed. We are not responsible for missing or duplicate bets placed by the Customer and will not receive requests for discrepancies because a piece is missing or duplicated. Customers can review their transactions in the “My Account” section of the website after each session to ensure that all requested bets have been accepted;

For a bet to have action on any competitor named in a Yes / No Proposal, the competitor must enter and compete in the event;

We try to follow the normal conventions for indicating teams at home and away, indicating the team at home and away by means of vertical positioning in the desktop version of the website. This means that, at American Sports, we would put the home team on. For sports outside the USA, we indicate the home team at the top. In other words, a match will have action as long as both teams are correct and regardless of the header of the League in which it is placed on our website; If an event is not played on the same date announced by the governing body, all bets on the event will have no action. If an event is published by us, with an incorrect date, all bets will be settled based on the date announced by the governing body;

Bet4Plus reserves the right to remove events, markets and any other product from the website;

Bet4Plus reserves the right to restrict access to any player’s casino without prior notice;

In all future bets (eg total season wins, Super Bowl winner, etc.), the winner, as determined by the governing body, will also be declared the winner for betting purposes except when the minimum number of games required for the future “ Action ”has not been completed.

11. Communications and Warnings

All communications and notices to be provided under these terms by you to us must be sent to suporte@bet4plus.com.

All communications and notices to be provided under these terms by you or us must be made in writing in the English language when the service is not operated by Bet4Plus and must be sent to and from the email address registered in your account;

12. Issues beyond our control

We cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in providing the service due to a force majeure event that may be reasonably beyond our control, despite the implementation of reasonable preventive measures, such as:

  • An act of God;
  • Commercial or labor dispute;
  • Power cut;
  • Act, failure or omission of any government or authority;
  • Obstruction or failure of telecommunications services;
  • Or any other delay or failure caused by a third party and we will not be responsible for any resulting loss or damage you may suffer;
  • In that case, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the service without incurring any liability.

13. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not compensate you for any reasonable or foreseeable loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) that you may suffer if we fail to comply with our obligations under these terms.

In the event that we are responsible for any event under these terms, our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these terms will not exceed:

  • The value of the bets and / or bets you placed through your account in relation to the relevant bet or product that resulted in the relevant liability or;
  • € 500 in aggregate, when lower.

We recommend that you:

  • Be careful when checking the suitability and compatibility of the service with your own computer equipment before using and;
  • Take reasonable precautions to protect yourself from harmful programs or devices, including installing antivirus software;

14. Minors playing

If we suspect that you are or have received notification that you are currently under 18 or had under 18 (or under the age of majority, as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you), when you placed a bet through the service, your account will be suspended to prevent you from placing new bets or making withdrawals from your account. We will then investigate the matter, including whether you bet as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 (or under the age of majority, as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you). If we find that you:

You were under 18 or under the age of majority that applies to you at the relevant time;

Bet as an agent for or at the request of a person under the age of 18 or below the age of majority to which it applies:

  • All earnings currently or to be credited to your account will be retained;
  • All winnings obtained by betting through the service as minors must be paid on demand (if you do not comply with this clause, we will seek to recover all costs associated with recovering such amounts) and / or;
  • Any amounts deposited into your Bet4Plus account that are not won will be refunded to you.

This condition also applies if you are over 18, but place your bets in a jurisdiction that specifies an age greater than 18 for legal bets and you are below the legal minimum age in that jurisdiction;

If we suspect that you are in violation of the provisions of this clause 15 or are trying to rely on them for fraudulent purposes, we reserve the right to take the necessary steps to investigate the matter, including by informing the competent authorities.

15. Fraud

We will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any customer involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts. We will withhold payment to any customer where there is suspicion about each one. The client will indemnify and be responsible for paying us on demand, all costs, charges or losses suffered or incurred by us (including direct, indirect or consequent losses of profit, business and reputation) arising directly or indirectly, due to fraud, dishonesty or criminal act of the client.

16. Intelectual Property

Subject to these terms and your compliance with them, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and sublicensable license to access and use the service for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Our license is terminated if our agreement with you under these terms expires;

Except in relation to your own content, you may not, under any circumstances, modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, upload, publish, distribute, execute, display, create derivative works or otherwise exploit the service and / or any content contained therein or the software contained therein, except as expressly permitted in these terms or otherwise on the website. No information or content of the service or made available to you in connection with the service may be modified or altered, merged with other data or published in any way, including, for example, screenshot or database and any other activity intended to collect , store, reorganize or manipulate that information or content;

Any failure by you to comply with this clause may also be a violation of our or third parties’ intellectual property and other property rights that may subject you to civil liability and / or criminal prosecution.

17. Your conduct and safety

However, for your protection and that of all customers, it is strictly forbidden to publish any content on the service, as well as conduct related to it and / or the service, which is in any way illegal, inappropriate or undesirable – it is behavior forbidden. If you engage in prohibited behavior, or we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are engaging in prohibited behavior, your Bet4Plus account and / or your access to or use of the service may be terminated immediately, without notice;

Legal action may be taken against you by another customer, third party, law enforcement authorities and / or us in relation to you having engaged in prohibited behavior;

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to, accessing or using the service to:

  • Promote and share information that you know to be false, misleading or illegal;
  • Conduct any illegal activity, such as, but not limited to, any activity that promotes any criminal activity or company, provides instructional information about the manufacture or purchase of weapons, violates the privacy or other rights of another customer or third party, or creates or spreads viruses of computer;
  • Harm minors in any way;
  • Transmit or make available any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, lustful, violent, hateful, racial, ethnic or objectionable;
  • Transmit or make available any content that the user has no right to make available under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship, including, without limitation, any content that violates the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property and property rights of third parties ;
  • Transmit or make available any content or material that contains software viruses or other computer or programming code (including HTML) designed to interrupt, destroy or alter the functionality of the service, its presentation or any other website, software or computer hardware;
  • Interfere, interrupt or reverse engineer the service in any way, including, without limitation, intercepting, emulating or redirecting the communication protocols used by us, creating or using tricks, mods or hacks or any other software designed to modify the service or use any software that intercepts or collects information from or through the service;
  • Retrieve or index any service information using any robot, spider or other authorized mechanism;
  • Participate in any activity or action that, in our sole and unrestricted discretion, results in or may result in fraud by another customer;

  • Create accounts at Bet4Plus by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretense; Impersonate another customer or any third party; or Any other act or thing that you consider to be reasonably contrary to our business principles.

The list above of prohibited behavior is not exhaustive and may be modified by us at any time or from time to time. If you become aware of the improper use of the service by another customer or anyone else, please contact us in the “Contact Us” section of the website. We reserve the right to investigate and take any actions that we deem appropriate or necessary under the circumstances, including, without limitation, excluding the customer’s publications from the service and / or terminating your account and taking any action against any customer or third party that directly or indirectly knowingly allow third parties to engage directly or indirectly in prohibited behavior, with or without notice to that customer or third parties.

If you have any concerns or questions about these terms, please contact the customer service department via email, at suporte@bet4plus.com;

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we DO NOT assume any responsibility for you or any third party when responding to any complaint we receive or act in connection with it;

Any customer of the service who has any questions or concerns about these terms in relation to the settlement of any Bet4Plus market should contact the customer service department at suporte@bet4plus.com using their registered email address;

If a customer is not satisfied with the way the bet was resolved, he must provide details of his complaints to the Customer Service Department by email, to suporte@bet4plus.com. We will do our best to answer questions of this nature within a few days (and in any case, we intend to answer all of these questions within 28 days of receipt).

Disputes must be submitted within three (3) days from the date the bet was decided. No claims will be honored after this period. The customer is solely responsible for their account transactions. Complaints / disputes must be sent to suporte@bet4plus.com and must be sent from the customer’s registered email address;

In case of a dispute between you and us, our customer service department will try to reach an agreed solution. If our customer service department is unable to reach a solution agreed with you, the matter will be referred to our management in accordance with our Complaints Procedure (available upon request);

The customer has the right to file a complaint with one of our licensing bodies, should all efforts to resolve a dispute that satisfy the customer fail.

20. Account registration and security

Service customers must provide their real names and information, and to comply with this, all customers must commit to the following rules when registering and maintaining their account:

  • You must not provide any false personal information about the service or create an account for anyone other than yourself;
  • You should not use your personal profile for your own business gain (such as selling your status update to an advertiser);
  • When selecting a nickname for your account, we reserve the right to remove or recover it, if we deem appropriate.

21. Assignment

Neither these terms nor any of the rights or obligations mentioned herein may be assigned by you without our prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably denied. We may, without your consent, assign all or part of our rights and obligations to third parties, provided that these third parties can provide a quality service substantially similar to the service, by publishing, in this sense, a written notice on the service.

22. Severability

If any provision of these terms is considered by any competent authority to be unenforceable or invalid, the relevant provision will be modified to allow it to be applied in accordance with the intention in the original text to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The validity and applicability of the other provisions of these terms will not be affected.

23. Breaking terms

Without limiting our other remedies, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse to continue providing the service, in both cases, without notice, if, in our reasonable opinion, you violate any material terms with the terms. However, notice of any action taken will be permitted to you.

24. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This contract will in all respects be governed, interpreted and constructed in accordance with Belize laws. All disputes, differences, claims and any litigation involved in arbitration in Belize. The arbitrator will be appointed by the company after the consent of the company and the user. The place of arbitration will be Belize.

25. General Provisions

Agreement Term: These terms will remain in full force and effect as long as you access or are a Bet4Plus customer. These terms will survive the termination of your Bet4Plus account for any reason;

Gender: words that import the singular number must include the plural and vice versa, words that import the masculine gender must include the feminine and neutral genders and vice versa and the words that matter people must include individuals, partnerships, associations , trusts, unincorporated organizations and corporations;

Waiver: no waiver by us, whether by conduct or otherwise, of a breach or threat of breach by you of any term or condition of these terms will be effective against, or binding, unless made in writing and duly signed by us and , unless otherwise provided in the written waiver, will be limited to the specific violation waived. The fact that we do not apply any term or condition of these terms at any time should not be interpreted as a waiver of such provision or the right to do so at any other time;

Headings: the division of these terms into paragraphs and sub-paragraphs and the insertion of headings are for convenience of reference only and should not affect or be used in the construction or interpretation of this term contract. The terms “these terms”, “this agreement”, “below” and similar expressions refer to these terms and not to any paragraph or sub-paragraph or other part of this and include in any supplementary agreement. Unless the subject or context is inconsistent, the references contained herein in the paragraphs and sub-paragraphs are to paragraphs and sub-paragraphs of these terms;

Recognition: by accessing or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to each paragraph of these terms. As a result, you irrevocably waive any future argument, claim, demand or process to the contrary of anything contained in these terms;

Language: in the event of a discrepancy between the English version of these rules and any other version in any other language, the English version will be considered correct;

Full agreement: these terms constitute the complete agreement between you and us with respect to your access to and use of the Service, and supersede all other previous agreements and communications, whether verbal or written with respect to the subject of this document;
